Mr. Martin is favor of a tiered internet for ISP - folks who cosumers and producers actually connect to. In other words - I pay more to get a 6Mbit pipe than I do for a 1Mbit pipe. Nothing new there.<br><br>He also stated in his speech that network neutrality is a priority for the FCC and that failure to stay neutral would cause the FCC to "take action."<br><br>I'm certainly not for the Tiered internet from AT&T's perspective, but the FCC's perspective is more in line.
