my VOA QSL
In this week's Surfin' about the Voice of America (VOA), I mentioned in the Editor's Note that I think that the VOA QSL card in my collection "does not impress."A reader took me to task about that comment. Evidently, he received a different VOA QSL than I received and thought my comment was a little out of line.
Above is the VOA QSL card I received and I still think it does not impress.
