red snow

It began snowing at 3:45 PM today. About an hour later, I noticed that everything outdoors had a red orange hue. Sunset was at 4:48 and the red orange light of the sunset must have been reflected by the snow. I have never seen anything like it before.

I shot the above photo about two minutes after the red orange hue had peaked.

  1. Its the Yellow snow you have to worry about.

I enjoyed your article on viewing the world through radio. I am often reminded by the XYL to watch the road as we drive along when I spot an interesting antenna on a house or a hill

  2. JK --- I too am distracted by antenna farms I encounter during my travels.
